TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the Terms of Service page. Any and all AmpersandOurselves clients are subject to these terms, regardless of whether you have read them. AmpersandOurselves clients non-exclusively refers to the following:

• Clients commissioning original artwork
• Clients commissioning Your Character Here/YCH artwork
• Clients purchasing Adoptable character designs
• Patreon supporters

By being one of my clients, you agree to the following terms.

PAYMENT

• Clients are to pay the full price before any service.
• Clients are to pay within 72 hours of the invoice being sent.
• Clients who cannot pay within 72 hours of the invoice will be moved to the end of the current queue, and are thus considered low-priority clients.
• Artwork will generally be completed within 3 weeks of payment. Any delays will be communicated, alongside a new expected completion time. If you have not received your finished artwork within a month of payment, you may request a full refund. If you are refunded, the artwork will not be completed.

SERVICE

• AmpersandOurselves retains the right to deny any client.
• Clients requesting commissioned work including hateful, oppressive, or insensitive material will be denied, and will not be allowed to receive service from AmpersandOurselves in the future. This includes Patreon supporters.
• Clients requesting commissioned work including human characters will be denied. Humanoid artwork is not a service I provide.
• Clients must pay an additional fee if they intend to sell the artwork as a part of a product. This mostly refers to physical merchandise (T-Shirts, Stickers, et cetera), but can depend on a case-by-case basis.
• Do not use any AmpersandOurselves adoptable character designs for hateful purposes, and do not purchase them with the sole intent to re-sell.
• Clients are to credit when posting the unwatermarked version of our artwork. This does not apply when posting the watermarked version of our artwork, nor does it apply for private communications.

FOR PATREON SUPPORTERS:

• No subscription refunds.
• You must inform us of the discount code prior to payment in order to be eligible for your 10% discount.
• As a Patreon Supporter, you cannot redeem a discount code for a previous month. You may only redeem the discount code for the current month.
• Do not leak exclusive AmpersandOurselves' Patreon content.
